Reporting to the CEO of the Group, you will be the 1st F&B division hire and will be required to oversee all aspects of the Fine Dining and Fast Casual concepts.
Client Details Our client is a group with a diversified portfolio of business that first made their name through the distribution of numerous fashion and retail brands. Today, they have presence in markets across South-East Asia and is still looking to expand their exciting portfolio. Our client has recently secured multiple F&B franchise agreements and is seeking an experienced hire to take the lead on managing multiple F&B concepts for the group.
Description - Setting up the operations team, which will include the recruitment of team members
- Implementing effective controls of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses
- Overlooking the business's P&L to ensure financial targets are consistently achieved
- Maintaining communication of corporate directions between the Group and the operations team
- Driving promotions, activities and marketing campaigns in-align with brand standards
- Managing the operations team and establishing structured training with development plans
Profile - Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Management or a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years' of F&B operations experience in restaurants or hospitality environment
- Previous F&B experience in managing a Fine Dining concept is required
- Ability to manage multiple F&B concepts across different price points
- Proven track record of making strategic business decisions with extensive hands-on operations knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
