Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Drive and contribute to the Warehouse & Logistics Operations organization by working with the Warehouse Manager to develop effective business strategies, processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities: Primary Accountabilities - To manage Warehouse Inbound Operations (adidas/adiGolf/Reebok), ensuring daily functions and systems are operating at high levels of safety, accuracy, efficiency, productivity and performance
- Provide visible product flow and status
- Achieve cost targets
- Set, monitor KPIs and develop employee work plans, development and training plans
- Contribute to creative improvement process through problem identification and problem analysis
- Continuously review Inbounds process & Inventory management process in line with good warehouse practices to make the “Best in Class” facility in the region
Secondary Accountabilities
- Develop and plan for inbound manpower activities with the Inbound Supervisor
- Chair the Morning Briefing Session / Positive Multiplier Activities
- Coordinate and communicate Inbound and Inventory activities with internal stakeholders
- Investigate any Inbound and Inventory discrepancies
- Perform inbound capacity planning
- Maintain Inbound and cyclic count/ inventory management activities in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure
- Timely update Flash report for Inbound & Inventory Status, compile cyclic counts and claims report and verify inbound related invoices
- Management of Inbounds & Inventory team's discipline
- Vendor management
- Handle maintenance and upgrading of facilities and equipment
- Provide inter-support of outbound control & management in the absence of outbound Assistant Manager
- Perform any other roles or duties assigned by the superior, which is deemed reasonable, practical and logical
