Accountabilities: Objective: - This role is responsible for providing visibility and transparency for SEA Ecom buying metrics to maximize the sales, profitability and brand equity of this direct to consumer channel. This incumbent is expected to provide buying analysis for & E-Com for SEA and drive fact-based decision making.
Key Functional responsibilities:
- Partner with Director-Ecom SEA to build, deliver & interpret regular (Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/seasonal) category business & trading updates
- Support the implementation of key strategic priorities for Ecom in the countries in line with the business and Ecom strategy.
- Deliver best practice end-to-end in season management including management of best sellers and worst sellers, in season stock cover management, in season reactivity including but not limited to:
- Synchronize, steer and own forecast in the channel by countries.
- Plan and execute Open-To-Buy for Ecom in collaboration with the DTC buying team.
- Drive and steer Benchmarks and KPIs on productivity and sell thru.
- Steer and Implement product mix according to share of business, share of categories, gender mix, etc. for ECOM.
- Review and implement the right buying analysis, by categories for ECOM
- Implement key product planning reports that help evaluate business goals and ensure findings are considered in strategy establishment.
- Review size ratios for the new season and take necessary corrective action prior to order placement.
- Analyze sales report and take necessary action. (pre-, in- and post-season).
- Ensure optimal flow of end of season stocks management (PLC).
- Ensure fulfilment of product/marketing introduction deadlines/capacity planning.
- Lead and coach the country Ecom buyer in alignment with the buying strategy and ensure their continuous development.

Industry: - Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
Exposure:
Education - University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
