Your new company A well-known brand name, this global firm has deep footholds across US, Europe and Asia Pacific. At their manufacturing facility here in Singapore, they are seeking a people-driven Manager to take ownership of OPEX and CAPEX reporting, analysis and forecasting.
Your new role Based at the facility, you will hold a dynamic role that includes:
- Driving in-depth financial analysis for manufacturing facilities across Asia
- Facilitate forecasting and developing quarterly and annual budgets and operating plans
- Liaising with engineering, quality and production teams to develop a detailed and accurate understanding of operations
- Ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness of operations
- Making recommendations for financially sound operating activities and corrective actions where necessary
- Submit corporate reporting to overseas HQ in an accurate and timely fashion
- Oversee financial reporting and CAPEX submissions
- Drive improvements in internal controls, and promote finance best practices

You will succeed in this role if you:
- Live and breathe costing analysis and financial forecasting
- Have 5-8 years of working experience or more
- Are adept at managing stakeholders within MNCs or medium-sized firms
- Are a Chartered Accountant and/or have your Bachelors’ degree in Accountancy or Finance-related field
- Are driven, energetic, and adept at juggling multiple priorities and projects
- Take pride in your work and are committed to delivering quality work always
- Are confident, mature and make astute decisions in the best interests of the business
- Get along well with different personalities, and have great relationships with colleagues outside your function
