Individuals with an interest in learning more about the High Net Worth space through a sales support function. Must be process-driven and meticulous, with a strong sense of end-to-end ownership over work deliverables
Scope of Responsibilities:
Manage leads management system and tracking
Oversee new account application submissions and maintain status in a master list.
Perform call monitoring
Manage MGM fulfillment process and check on qualification prior to payout
Portfolio maintenance in the event of LRM movement/ changes – prepare notification on change in LRM, update in Eclipse, generate customer letters and mailout, update eSOK
Track cards report and delivery through daily cards report. Act as a custodian to ensure newly issued cards are being sent in a timely fashion.
Prepare SIPs payout and documentation in accordance to EUC guidelines
Manage monthly accruals and invoicing
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of documents for quarterly MCA submission
QualificationsQualifications Required:
4 to 5 years of experience in a support function in banking or financial institution
