about the job You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of property risks including client queries, maintaining files, liaising with London/Korea/India accounting teams, as well as data entry. You will liaise with clients over the phone and on email on all account handling issues as well as the ensure timely renewal of existing portfolio, and making sure internal control systems are kept up to date. In addition, you will administer insurance documentation in a timely and accurate fashion. You will also support the Brokers and assisting in the processing of documentation.
about the manager/team
You will report to the Administration manager in Asia and support the brokerage team in the Singapore office.
skills and experience required You must come equipped with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an insurance brokerage firm in an administrative/client account support capacity. This role is well-suited for somebody who is accurate and attentive to details. The ideal incumbent should also have strong file management, organisational, administrative and time management skills.
