Senior Sales Associate
Why we need YOU! You will be in charge of achieving sales targets by delivering exceptional client service and engagement to set Roger Dubuis’ premises as a landmark for watchmaking and luxury lovers.
What will you do? You will achieve the monthly and yearly boutique turnover and KPI targets set by the brand.
Assist the boutique manager in implementing the action plans to reach the targets and monitor the KPIs.
You will welcome & handle the clients in the respect of RDU standards.
You will resolve client issues and requests in a professional manner.
Proactively prospect and follow-up of new client (local and international) as well as enriching the client database using the appropriate CRM tools.
You will be in charge of stock management and ensure the smooth reception and transfer of goods between the boutique and the warehouse.
Communicate and implement Group policies to staff in the most effective manner and ensure full compliance.
Which skills should you bring along?
You have a client-first mindset and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our clients,
You have 3/5 years of experience in Retail Sales, preferably in a luxury environment (watches, fashion, private banking, real estate, luxury automotive, hospitality, etc.);
You have organizational and communication skills,
You are equipped with people skills;
You are ambitious, result-oriented and a creative problem-solver,
You are fluent in English and another language (Mandarin preferred)
You are passionate about luxury products, equipped with a very entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, and willing to take initiatives,
