About the Role As a Regional Visual Merchandising Manager SEA, you will report directly to the Regional MD, based in Singapore.
You will get to strategise and implement the firm's Visual merchandising strategy for the retail & wholesale channels within SEA,
- Manage a lean VM team of senior executives to support you in delivering consistent VM display for new store opening projects, seasonal promotions.
- Producing creative and effective visual merchandising projects efficiently to contribute to sales in both retail and wholesale channels while managing department budgets.
- Product recommendations on VM operations, plans and concepts.
- Collaborate with wholesale team to streamline seasonal assortments and guide
business partners to reflect key global strategic initiatives.
- Align merchandising, marketing and retail in the development of merchandise
layouts, brand guidelines and adjacencies for all store locations.
The Successful Applicant The successful candidate must have: - 4 - 6 years of experience in a regional visual merchandising role within the Retail &Luxury sector
- Eye for details and passion for style
- Good understanding of sales figures, costs and objectives
- Excellent communication skills and can-do attitude to liaise with partners
