about the company Our client has well positioned themselves in the luxury retail industry as a market leader. They are definitely a no stranger brand in the luxury fashion retail market and have consistently proven themselves to be on the top of their game for decades.
about the role You will be a strategic partner to both the retail and corporate team to develop the people's agenda for growing, retaining and engaging the talents across the various business functions. You will be optimizing and scaling day-to-day HR Ops and be a trusted and credible HR partner to the SG team. Employee engagement with the local retail sales front will also be part of your scope to stay close to the operation ground to understand and identify needs and gaps for improvements. Your scope will also include but not limiting to:
- Partnering with stakeholders and be a strategic partner to the business to deliver and execute HR initiatives from the group
- Ensuring the smooth running of daily end to end HR Ops and perform streamlining and reviewing of HR processes to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity
- Identifying training gaps and introduce effective training programs, tailoring to drive improvement within the retail floor to upskill their skill set
- Be a point of contact of L&D matters and assessing effectiveness of training programs
- Perform store visits to promote employee engagement between corporate and retail sales team

skills and experience required You will be Degree qualified from a well positioned university with preferable qualifications in HRM or any related field of studies and demonstrates at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity. You will be someone who is able to work well in a high performance culture and known for your excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who embraces teamwork and able to work well in a multi-cultural environment. Having a keen interest and passionate in high end luxury fashion will be an added advantage.
