Purpose/ Mission:
- To assist the commercial team to achieve profitable and sustainable net sales growth, through the Reebok distributors across SEA and to assist them to optimize their performance (financial & brand image) and adhere to contractual agreements.
Accountabilities: Functional:
- To act a first point of contact for the Reebok distributors in SEA and supporting distributors business in line with budget targets on buying volumes, royalty income and store opening plans
- To monitor the quality of the RBK ditribution in SEA, including marketing and discount practices
- To conduct regular buiness review meetings with all Reebok distributors
- To liaie with the Reebok distributors and the Reebok SEAPAC Hub on available brand and retail marketing material, and to assist the execution of agreed marketing campaigns
- To make regular viits to the Reebok stores and the other multibrand stores in Singapore to ensure Singapore as leading market for all Reebok SEAPAC retail initiatives
- To report to the Reebok SEAPAC Hub on opportunitie and threats on an ongoing basis, including range and supply chain requirements for the distributor markets
- To lead the Cutomer Service and Sales Ops
- 1 director report managing Cutomer Service and Sales ops role
- Work cloely with the Planning team to inform customers and Sales force on delivery delays and revised product launch plans
- To prepare tandard sales reports for sales team uch a sales tracking reports to regularly update the sales results.
Controlling:
- To meaure progress of own KPIs
- To enure customer compliance with agreements (e.g. trade terms, brand representation)

Professional background/ Experience:
- Functional: > 5 years sales & marketing related
- Industry: Preferably in apparel/footwear/fashion or FMCG
- Leadership: > Manage 3rd party distributors and customer service department
- Exposure: Sports, marketing and sales/ distributors
Education: - University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
