about the job You will undertake the function of an adjunct HR Manager, handling the full function of a HR generalist spectrum. You will business partner the retail operations to run the everyday HR Ops and ensuring excellence service delivery on day to day HR related matters. You will work closely with the retail operations team to achieve optimal operation efficiencies by reviewing and streamlining HR processes. You will also actively engage the retail floor to understand and identify needs and gaps for improvements:
» Managing full cycle of recruitment from selection to on board, work pass application for new joiners across the floor
» Maintenance of HR database
» Partner the stakeholders within the business, perform store visits to promote employee engagement between corporate and operations
» Reviewing of compensation and benefits, ensuring packages/remunerations are up to date and competitive to market
» Checking of payroll matters

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will undertake the function of an adjunct HR Manager and work alongside 1 HR executive in the HR team.
expertise and practice required
You will be Degree or Diploma qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of practice preferably in similar capacity. significant industry practice is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You should possess the practices in the full spectrum of HR functions and willing to roll up your sleeves to work together with the corporate & retail team to meet business objectives. You will be Somebody with good MS office expertise (word, excel & PowerPoint) with the capability to multi-task and work well across different business functions. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is meticulous, organized with the capability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
