Job Description McKinley is looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Taylor, MI!
Summary of Responsibilities: - Ensure fast, friendly, and high quality maintenance service for our residents.
- Provides strong technical guidance and leadership to a staff of maintenance employees, ensuring that all company policies, procedures, and practices are consistently followed.
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly priorities for your team.
- Maintain an organized and properly stocked maintenance shop to ensure the highest levels of efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, repair, and cleaning for all community buildings, amenities, vehicles, and equipment is addressed in a timely, proactive basis.
- Schedule outside vendors for contract work as needed.
- Work with vendors to obtain competitive quotes for equipment, parts, and services as required.
- Ensure workplace safety through the enforcement of all applicable safety rules and requirements.
- Schedule and participate in emergency on-call shifts, after-hours maintenance, and snow removal.
Compensation is up to $60,000
Job Requirements Requirements: - A minimum of four years of related experience and/or training
- Certification/licensure in HVAC / Universal EPA; (certification in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing are also preferred).
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly priorities for your team.
- Maintain an organized and properly stocked maintenance shop to ensure the highest levels of efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, repair, and cleaning for all community buildings, amenities, vehicles, and equipment is addressed in a timely, proactive basis.
- A valid Drivericense is required for this position.
