Description As Merchandise Manager, the key responsibility is to implement strategies to drive sales effort in addition to:
- Managing stock flow and allocation of products to ensure healthy inventory levels
- Manage and coach direct reports to ensure best business results
- Work closely with all internal departments to support delivery of best commercial outcome
- Manage Visual Merchandising progress and implement excellent in-store experience
- Ensure clearance process of all merchandise to achieve maximum profit
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance to brand policies
- Manage and allocate all team KPIs
- Work closely with marketing team to prepare and execute all sales and promotions
Profile - Minimum 5 years experience in a Merchandising function
- Retail experience a must
- Good command of English
- Can-do attitude and an appetite for a challenge
- Analytic mind and excellent people skills
