Our client has a longstanding reputation within the fashion lifestyle industry for its brand look and quality products. Due to projected growth, they are looking to replace their Store Design Manager to look after their stores in the ASEAN region.

about the job

As their regional store design manager, you will be tasked to build, outline and be able to apply a strong cost consequence to store design and create a pleasant environment for the customers. In addition, you will demonstrate an acute knowledge of how these front end decisions impact the delivery phase and ultimately the profitcapability of the business. The selected applicant is a subject matter expert in store development and will overlook their multiple stores' development in South East Asia.

skills and practice required

To be prosperous in this function, you will ideally be tertiarily qualified in design and come with 8+ years of practice in store design and comes with a good knowledge of retail design principles. Detailed oriented, the chosen candidate will come with strong skills in building and project management with the capability to interpret building layout / services drawings. Your function will see you working external stakeholders such as vendors and internal players within the organisation.
