job description about the company
A medium-sized flavor manufacturer
about the job 1. Manufacturing of taste samples for customers and internal tests
» Project Meetings with Product Management and Flavour Creation
» Registration of Projects in Information technology system
» Management of stocks of application raw materials.
» Ordering/Purchasing of application raw materials
» Selection of flavours for application projects and sample request in co-operation with Product Management/Flavour Portfolio Management
» Checking flavour stocks for projects. If necessary ordering of flavours via Information technology system
» Work preparation: selection/development of recipes, preparation of raw materials, preparation of machinery
» Production of taste samples
» Evaluation of taste samples together with the savoury products team including Product Management, Flavour Creation, Flavour Portfolio Management and possibly sales.
» Documentation of all significant project info in Information technology system or in Excel files and communication of results to Product Management department.
» Packaging of samples for presentation and dispatch to customers.
» Ordering of presentation documents from Product Management (via Information technology system)
» Checking of presentation documents
» Optimisation of the product portfolio in collaboration with Product Management, Flavour Portfolio Management and Flavour Creation departments
» Project monitoring with respect to complicated customer requests/projects
Additional tasks.
» Maintain the laboratory
» Proxy other application technologists, application adjuncts and the lab cleaners
» Monitor stocks of lab consumables
» Do other job related tasks as assigned by the Department Head, Marketing Director or Technical Director
» In addition to the tasks described above the position holder is required to take over tasks that belong to the general field of work and which are considered necessary for the benefit of the company.
