Join the highly motivating and engaging sales support team in support the commercial in inside-sales activities. He/She will work closely with sales to provide solutions to customers and work closely with other key stakeholders in driving the commercial strategy and goals.
Key responsibilities include - Engaging with customers to handle their all pre-sales enquiries
- Analyse market situation that impact sales, transaction volume, and customer payment behaviour.
- Provide the right product/services through generation of quotes and follow up on quotations to close the sales
- Support our marketing activities through email and phone conversations
- Support our digital platforms by promoting our eCommerce capabilities and provide web support to customers
- Improve and redesign process as well as create new initiative projects in Customer Excellence department to increase operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Analyse sales, performance and transaction data to determine actions to be taken to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are: - Degree/Diploma in related Science/Engineering background
- 3-5 years experience in customer service oriented environment in similar industry will be an added advantage
- Experience in analysing performance and transaction data using relevant software and tools.
- Strong data analysis acumen
- Able to multi-task and take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
