This role is responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable function.
What will I be doing? As an Accounts Receivable Contractor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Processes & Transactional Accounting:
- Accounts Receivable: Billings for Development Service Fees, Affiliated Billings, Marketing Co-op Fund and others (ad hoc)
- Verify and process the Affiliated (Inter-Company) statements settlement and reconciliation
- Complete the matching of receipts to the Development Service Fees tracker
- Distribute the affiliated charges to respective stakeholder for approval. Once it has been approved, process into the respective accounts and update the tracker for affiliated charges.
Receivable Collection:
- Collection for Development Services Fees, Co-ordinate with owners and TS & Development Department for receivable issue.
Local Statutory Filings and Compliance:
- Co-operate with Internal and External Audit, assist the Financial Controller in the external audit process
- Assist the Financial Controller in ensuring that HHMS complies with the company Standard Practice Instructions and meets Sarbanes Oxley requirements
Reporting: - Prepare the local AR Reports (Affiliated, DSF and others)
Others: - Provide transactional information to support business analysis and decision making

- Currently studying or graduated from Accounting / Finance related disciplines of study.
- Capable of preparing files and maintaining records and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to use these across different management levels.
- Proactive with a strong interest in learning.
