The Senior Manager, Commercial Services Planning & Optimization - Asia Pacific (APAC) will work directly with the Director, Commercial Services Planning & Optimization - APAC, responsible for managing / leading (where applicable) projects on behalf of the APAC Commercial Services Organisation. Projects will include developing and maintaining solutions, business processes, standards and procedures and best practices.
The Senior Manager, Commercial Services Planning & Optimization - APAC will lead and be responsible for managing key relationships both internally / externally through project design and implementation phases. The Senior Manager will communicate at a Senior leadership level of the Commercial Services organisation including all direct reports of the SVP & Commercial Director - APAC (depending on the project). This position will help facilitate priority regional team meetings to drive discussion, decision and alignment. This position will managed and support the annual process of identification of Big Rocks, tracking and completion thereof.
What will I be doing? The Senior Manager, Commercial Services Planning & Optimization - APAC will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Management / leadership of specific APAC Commercial Services Projects
Leading the co-ordination of Big Rock project performance on behalf of the region
Management of business related workstreams within wider commercial services projects
Partner with Global Commercial Services Leadership groups to effectively develop project plans and represent the needs for APAC, supporting Global Commercial Services initiatives
Oversee successful implementation of new projects, maintenance and support of product enhancements with IT partner
Governance and oversight to internal / external vendors (technology, process, project)
Although the position does not have any Direct Reports, as a Project Manager the role will need to manage stakeholders at all levels and on multiple project workstreams

Proven years of experience that includes leading a project management team as well as regional and on property sales experience
Strong commercial project management experience

Strong prioritization and decision-making skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with deadlines
Ability to work effectively and influence others in a matrixed environment including working within and among teams and influence others at all levels to move projects forward
BA / BS / Bachelor's Degree
