Essential and optional requirements Skills & Knowledge: - LLM degree or qualified to practice law in Commonwealth country
- 7-9 years PQE as a lawyer in a top tier legal firm, whether in local or international environment
- In-house experience would be an advantage
- Highly organised with a collaborative working style in this fast paced environment
- Good perspective, sound judgment and integrity
- Able to set priorities, manage work processes and is action-orientated
- Business acumen and commercial savviness
- Good analytical ability, negotiation, drafting and problem solving.
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Good eye for detail
Key tasks Duties & Responsibilities: - Drafting and negotiating development projects across the Asia region
- Drafting Legal precedents and templates
- Providing legal counsel and advice on Accor business units
- Providing direct support to Development teams including participating in negotiations with key partners and hotel owners
- Manage and participate (with regional colleagues) in the development of legal precedents and templates
- Manage external counsels and other consultants to ensure Accor is effectively represented at fair cost
