Responsible for managing corporate property-related development projects in Singapore and overseas. Which involve handling all aspects of project management including statutory compliance and company purchasing guidelines. Fit out experience is needed for this role.

Description Maintain proper electronic documentation of project data, drawings and manuals
- Assist in budgeting exercise for both local and overseas projects
- Proper documentation of payments and claims relating to the projects
- Conduct tenders/quotations for projects, evaluate submissions, recommend consultant/contractor for award
- Conduct inspections of works, fittings completed by the Main Contractor
- Liaise with project consultant / contractor to secure approvals from the local Airport Authority/ local building construction agency for our projects
- To execute project and construction management while being well versed in contract administration
- Manage project to achieve timely completion and work within the approved budget
Profile - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Engineering/ Building Science
- Competent in Autocad software. Experience in reviewing construction drawings and editing of Autocad drawings using the Autocad software
- 5 years of Project Management and Contract Administration experience in handling interior design for hospitality projects, space planning and fitting-out works for corporate offices
