Job Description Position Description: Looking for a detail oriented and technically strong individual to fill an open position on our Surgical Innovations (SI) Pricing team.
The Pricing Analyst will work closely with the Sr. Pricing Manager and other Pricing Analysts to create pricing exhibits and manage pricing requests initiated by the Offer Development group.
Additionally, the Pricing Analyst will assist in other pricing deliverables such as reports and metrics for Pricing Leadership.
This position will focus on the SI business but may have the opportunity to collaborate on projects encompassing the entire Minimally Invasive Therapies Group (MITG).
The MITG business strives to enable earlier diagnosis, better treatment, faster complication-free recovery, and enhanced patient outcomes through less invasive surgical solutions.

The candidate will be expected to lead special projects and ad hoc requests which are linked to the success of the MITG commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities: - Process pricing requests and create price exhibits for new contracts.
- Support the Sr. Pricing analyst monitoring inbox metrics and quality of deliverables and accurately reporting key metrics that reflect team performance
- Collaborate with other Pricing team members; Offer Development, Contract Compliance and Shared Services teams to help drive process improvements.

Job Requirements Education Skills & Qualifications: - 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience in sales / commercial / business analytics
- Prior direct experience in a business analytics, marketing analytics, sales operations and/or similar roles
- Written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel
- Detail oriented, analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred Skills:
