Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Responsiblities:
» Ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
» Checking of invoices and ensures accurate payments are made.
» Responsible to check figures, postings and documents for correct entry.
» Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in conformity with Company's policies and procedures.
» Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.
» Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
» Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
» Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
» Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
Requirements : » Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
» At least 2 years' of working practice in the related field, preferably in the hotel industry
» Well organized, meticulous and able to work in a fast pace environment
