The Talent » Diploma / Minimum Higher Nitec in Sports & Leisure Management or its equivalent
» Minimum 1 years of practice in a fitness or allied health industry
» Professionals from hospitality backgrounds are welcomed to apply

The Job » Responsible for opening and /or closing procedures at the stipulated operating hours and to be present at reception during shift hours.
» Assist to ensure equipment readiness of all studio rooms, gym and wellness facilities,
» Update Team Lead of any faulty equipment.
» Manage the front desk and waiting area, providing first point of contact for customers.
» Assist to book rooms and facilities for all clients.
» Check on bills due to end users and complete any POS transactions
» Respond to enquiries through phone calls and e-mails
» Schedule prospective clients' tours to encourage sales growth.
