- Ensure equipment readiness of all studio rooms, gym, treatment rooms&wellness facilities;update Team Lead of any faulty equipment
- Manage front desk&waiting area, provide first point of contact for customers
- Book rooms&facilities for professionals&clients
- Check on bills due to professionals/end users&complete POS transactions
- Respond to calls&e-mails enquiries from members&customers
- Schedule prospective clients' tours to encourage sales growth
- Inventory control is in order
- Positive relationship w various stakeholders
- Strong interest in health,wellness&fitness
- Open to fresh grads. Any Diploma/Min Higher Nitec in Sports&Leisure Management
- Strong communication skills, good personal skills, sincere
- Min 2 yrs of exp in fitness/allied health industry
- Professionals from hospitality backgrounds r welcomed
- Experience w fitness/wellness systems eg. i-Wellness, MindBody Online/MyDoc
- Possess Basic First Aid, Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) & Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification is desirable but not mandatory
- Familiar w cashiering duties&system usage eg. Braintree/PayPal/Stripe payments is an advantage
