The primary responsibilities of the Life Licensing Ops Support Analyst OE role include:
- Gather court documents, explanations, and other information to support the appeal or exception review process for Life Licensed Agents
- Work directly with Primerica Home Office and Field leaders to obtain the required supporting documents
- Review and interpret supporting documents to determine if an issues falls within respective company guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, and REQUIRED ABILITIES
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with excellent comprehension skills
- Excellent research and presentation skills
- Demonstrated work experience in using Access database applications
- Experience using Mainframe systems
- Team-player with training and cross-training capabilities
- Demonstrated dependability and accountability
