about the job As a Receptionist-cum-Administrative Assistant, you will be in a front-facing role where you will greet visitors and members of the team the moment they step into the office. As first impressions count, you should be bubbly and always smiling while providing excellent customer service. You will also pick up incoming calls with utmost professionalism.
In terms of administrative duties, you will be tasked to help organise and coordinate events such as a team building events or Dinner & Dance events. You will also have to support the team on matters such a making travel arrangements. Other duties such as managing mail, courier, stationary, staff passes, and office supplies also apply.

This role reports directly to the HR Group Manager.
skills & experience required The ideal candidate should come with hospitality or cabin crew experience. You should be a Degree or diploma holder who is an organised individual who is ever-ready and willing to interface with individuals at all levels across different cultures. You are able to liaise with people with ease. Equipped with administrative skills, you are someone who is detail-oriented, focused, reliable and willing to do what it takes to support the smooth running of the office.
This job offers a salary of up to $3,500.
