Your day to day - Responsible for in control and collection of outstanding guest and city ledger accounts
- Monitor and pursue collection of overdue accounts
- Explore systems/ processes to enhance the efficiency of load and minimize the risk of bad debts and prevention of fraud
- Responsible for assessing the credit worthiness of customers, guests and partners
What we need from you - At least three years of hotel credit management experience
- Hands on experience with opera system is preferred
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
