Your day to day Join us as Bar Back in the new glamourous cocktail bar, Idlewild at InterContinental Singapore. We are a close team of like-minded individuals who love spirits, cocktails, and a passion for providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.
What we need from you For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who:
- has a minimum 1 year experience working in Food & Beverage service related industry
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness of all glassware and bar related equipment.
- Restocking of freezers/fridges and nightly clean and close down of bar
- Communicating with and assistanting bar team to ensure good flow of service
- Assist in preparation of ingredients for the bar
- demonstrates a pleasant personality with a mature disposition
- is able to work on a rotating roster
