What we need from you For this vital role, we're looking for someone who:
- has a minimum 2 year experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry
- has strong cocktail and hospitality management experience
- is responsible for the level of products and services, guest satisfaction, marketing, operating costs and hygiene
- to lead and guide the bar service team
- keeps up to date with industry trends, systems and best practice
- to create and implement monthly promotions for the bar
- has great leadership and enjoys coaching and developing team members
