Essential and optional requirements Skills & Knowledge: - Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supporting and managing infrastructure for both network and system
- Preferably with CCNA and MCSE certification
- Good experience in managing and supporting security infrastructure & process
- Strong technical experience with Active Directory, Group policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft servers, Hyper-V, SAN Storage, etc
- Good working knowledge with Cloud computing MS Azure, AWS, etc
- Working experience in networking technologies (VLAN, routing, switching, wireless, MPLS,VPN)
- Good presentation and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
Key tasks Duties & Responsibilities: - This role reports directly to the Director of Infrastructure & System, Asia
- Manage and maintain corporate infrastructure in the Asia region
- Support Data Centres, Corporate Offices and Hotels to ensure system availability, integrity and improvement in IT services and delivery
- Responsible for network and system operation, enhancement and hardware maintenance support for the HQ and Data Centre in accordance to processes and Service-Level Agreement
- Plan and perform routine maintenance for security patch management, vulnerability scanning, monitoring, fine-tuning and backup to ensure smooth IT operation for Data Centre
- Providing Infrastructure support for Active Directory, SCCM & WSUS deployment, Hyper -V Cluster, Windows servers, SAN storage, financial system, etc
- Manage all network & Infrastructure projects, escalation and IT change request process across the team in the region
- Collaboration with network & security team across different region supporting Wide Area Network & Firewall for Corporate Office and Hotels
- Manage vendors to ensure project deliveries meet the required timeline
- Provide guidance & supervision to the team for operational & project assignment
- Ensure all IT infrastructure compliance to IT audit & performing annual DR exercise
- To maintain proper documentation of IT inventory, policies and processes
- Ensure the implementation of network and system in accordance to Group standards & guidelines
