Job Description: Responsible for assisting in the data surveillance, analysis and governance to ensure that consistent, value-added metrics are accurately displayed on system analytics. Must be experienced in data analysis and research/investigation to ensure the grouptandards and data integrity are met. This role collaborates and connects to business and technology stakeholders. This position requires working in an agile environment that has changing and evolving project and business requirements and be able to perform independently, with other business leaders/teams, and operational leaders/teams. Will gather relevant background information and compile those findings into business requirements documents for our technical team. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business processes that drive metrics, communication of changes/additions of methodology/technology. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously across multiple business areas and translate business data into digestible information that improves the business. This individual will also foster understanding and knowledge of the data to the organization.
Work Experience: Must meet one of the following experience requirements:
- Three years of experience in data development, data analysis, and report development
- Three years of experience in a health care setting in a quality, healthcare clinical, or analyst role, including experience with database management, informatics, or data analysis.
Education Qualifications:
Bacheloregree in business, economics, informatics, health management, a health-related field of study, mathematics, statistics, IT, business or related program.
