Role: Data Analyst, Quality Improvement

As a Clinical Quality Analyst, you will collect and analyze data on clinical quality, generate actionable information and make recommendations that drive decision making in the Quality area. Your contributions will be a critical and visible component to shaping Humanalinical quality improvement programs. Specifically, you will
- Be a key contributor in driving Humanaey clinical quality strategic initiatives through in-depth data analytics
- Be responsible for HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) measure comparison validation and analysis
- Assess HEDIS scores and generate data-driven actionable information to design and enhance quality improvement programs
- Work in collaboration with other organizations to develop clinical quality reports.
Qualifications Role Essentials
- Self-starter and problem solver with a keen analytic mind, who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Undergraduate Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Health Administration or related field.
- Prior experience working in data analytics is required; related experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and tools (SAS)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent PC skills (including MS Word, Excel and Access).
Role Desirables
- Knowledge of HEDIS and other clinical quality measures strongly desired
- Prior experience working with SQL, PL/SQL
- Graduate degree in relevant fields
