Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION about the company Our client is a global leading manufacturer of biodiesel and oil refinery. As a result of continued successes both within Singapore and internationally, they are looking for a Senior / Process Technician to lead the business in its next phase of growth.
about the job As the Senior / Process Technician (Chemical / Petrochemical), you will be responsible to:
» Provide support to ensure smooth and safe operations in the process plant
» Work closely with the Shift manager to conduct training to new technicians
» Manage work permits and assist in work processes i.e. LOTO, PTW, PSSR
» Participate in risk assessments & plant modification / improvement projects
expertise and practice required
To be prosperous in this position, you must have the capability to demonstrate or possess:
» Min Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
» Min 1 year practice as a Process Technician in Chemical / Petrochemical industry
» practice in automation systems, process control and DCS operations will be a plus
