Sr. Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst
IMMEDIATE NEED for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Healthcare client here in Los Angeles, CA to expand and grow their Program Team. This is a contract to hire opportunity for the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities: - Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare and generate scope and proof of concepts according to project plans
- Draw process and flow diagrams per project scope
- Be able analyze healthcare related data to create solutions for stakeholders
- Utilize SQL scripts to run queries or extract data
- Work with testing teams to generate test scripts and create test plans
Requirements: - Strong background in Data Analysis and working with SQL Databases
- Ability to elicit requirements from a diverse range of technical or business stakeholders
- Knowledge in the Healthcare domain is ideal but not required
- Knowledge of healthcare member eligibility, provider network, claim processing, encounter processing, national standard codes and EDI
- Familiar in working within an Agile or Scrum environment
- Strong data experience within data warehousing or ETL principles
