Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:
- Partner with Hospital Medicine Leadership to ensure accurate physician payroll for 120+ physicians practicing in four different geographic locations
- Create, maintain, and disseminate various financial and operational performance dashboards and provider-level scorecards
- Do a monthly review of provider-specific profit and loss statements to identify variance
Requirements for the Financial Analyst:
- 1-2 years of budget financial analysis experience
- Strong Excel skills needed with regards to pivot tables, V lookup's, macros and data analysis
- Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
