My client design and manufacture of equipment, precision components. A prosperous and growing chemical equipment manufacturer, has a great opportunity for a chemical process engineer function for their expansion in Singapore.

about the job

» Gas / Liquid GC sample preparation in the workshop

» Physical check of GC

» Tagging and labeling on pretested GC

» Verification of installations of GC columns, sample loops and restrictors

» GC database and method set up on the computer

» GC check list after the final repeatcapability test

» Printing of chromatograms and repeatcapability results

» GC final data uploading onto the share drive

expertise & practice required

» Degree / Diploma / Higher NITEC in Chemical / Chemistry Engineering

» Min 3 years of practice in Gas Chromatography handling

» Basic computer operation and expertise on electronic / automation

» practice in laboratory environment will be a plus

» Familiar with Process Gas Chromatography

» Good with troubleshooting & preventive maintenance for lab equipment
