Overview / Responsibilities Amec Foster Wheeler is currently recruiting for a Team Administrator to support its Asset Support Business and HSSE Function. The role includes a wide range of project, system and administrative activities in a busy, highly-interactive corporate office environment that is delivering services to major oil & gas and mining clients.
Specific duties will include:
Collation of tender documentation and managing fulfilment of associated business processesDevelopment and maintenance of group systems including e-filing, customer portals, job registers, training matrices and other information systemsFormatting and assembly of complex report documents and presentations and preparation of graphic elements such as flowcharts, organograms and workflows.Support to project teams including project set-up, new-starter assistance, minute-taking, timesheet support and document managementCoordination of team travel, medicals checks, safety protocols and interfacing with client travel management systems and personnelOrganizing internal / external meetings, coordinating client-related eventsPreparation of HSSE performance reports, coordinating audits, preparing presentations and conducting new-starter inductionsGeneral office administration support in relation to the team and business unit manager and ad-hoc assistance to the wider company administrative function
Skills / Qualifications Qualifications It is essential that candidates are highly proficient with MS-Excel and have:
Strong written communication skills (language and presentation)Competency with MS-Powerpoint, MS-Excel, MS-Access and Adobe pdf Writer.A well organized and structured approach to achieving tasksIdeally the candidate will have:
Working experience as a HSE Administrator for a project environmentPrevious involvement with Corporate HSSE activities and functionsIt is also very important that the candidate is comfortable with:
