The Company Our client is a leading global travel platform . Due to their continuing growth, they are now looking for an Sr. Supply Connectivity Manager/Director to join their team.
Key Responsibilities - Build and lead a team to scale the clients supply API connectivity to empower rapid business growth
- Design and develop scalable model to expand connection capacity and build competitive advantages, ranging from self-service merchant API portal to data mapping tool
- Prioritize API projects based on potential business impact and operational efficiency
- Design data metrics to measure success of API connectivity models and individual API projects
- Engage internal and external stakeholders across business and engineering teams to ensure on-time and high quality project delivery
- Build knowledge base and up skill Klook's global business and engineering teams on connectivity processes
The Candidate We're looking for someone who is experienced and talented to fill this role. Chinese, Mandarin or Cantonese is a MUST.
Skills & Qualifications - Experience in managing API connectivity projects for e-commerce companies is preferred
- Proven capability of communicating complex technical details to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in strategizing technology solutions based on business needs is preferred Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of SQL and a good understanding in web-based technology - HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Server-side Technologies are preferred
- Fluent spoken and written English & Chinese
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or above
- Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environment
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
