about the job As the Senior / Process Technician (Chemical / Petrochemical), you will be responsible to:
- Provide support to ensure smooth and safe operations in the process plant
- Work closely with the Shift Supervisor to conduct training to new technicians
- Manage work permits and assist in work processes i.e. LOTO, PTW, PSSR
- Participate in risk assessments & plant modification / improvement projects
skills and experience required To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:
- Min Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 1 year experience as a Process Technician in Chemical / Petrochemical industry
- Experience in automation systems, process control and DCS operations will be a plus
