- To work closely with members in the team in originating structured lending and advisory mandates.
- Identify potential deals in the market, and to contribute to the team's budget.
- To work with and provide guidance to associate bankers in the team to prepare pitches, marketing materials, models and etc
- To keep abreast on industry, market and economic developments and trends, identifying potential risks to deals.
- Build relationships with sponsors when necessary
- Any other projects assigned.

skills & experience required - A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the energy / oil & gas sector from a structured lending and/or advisory background
- Strong credit sense and modeling skills
- Eye for details with good communications / interpersonal skills
