Risk Management opportunity with an award-winning Fintech Startup - Credit Risk / Credit Rating experience in Bank / Asset Management preferred
Your new company A newly created opportunity in an award-winning fintech platform has come up - You will be part of the leadership team in the creation and implementation of a new global Fintech platform targeted at institutional clients for private equity and consumer funds.
Your new role Reporting directly to the CRO, you will manage the Risk Management function where you are in charge of creating and implementing the Credit Risk Management framework and internal Credit Rating Models - playing a pivotal role in steering the business towards its success in the region.
Working closely with the leadership team, you are required to have strong stakeholder management skills to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders of the business.
What you'll need to succeed Strong experience in Corporate Credit Risk functions within Asset Management firms and Banking setting will help you succeed in this role, as with:
- Strong language skillsets in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, as you are required to work closely with clients and colleagues from Greater China / Hong Kong;
- Experience in consumer loans, unsecured loans or retail lending portfolio management;
- Keen interest in a start-up environment and a hands-on mindset;
- Strong stakeholder management
