What youdo:
- Contribute to key aspects of Gartner Corporate Finance processes including monthly forecasting and results analysis, quarterly earnings guidance, preparation of board presentations, coordination of annual budgeting and forecasts.
- Provide key analytical support to in connection with investor earnings calls and Gartner's overall financial performance.
- Prepare quarterly Board of Directors presentations in collaboration with senior management.
- Provide senior management with monthly financial results and analysis. Develop models and analysis and collaborate with planners to drive understanding of business unit performance.
- Collaborate with corporate functions including treasury, tax and accounting to understand financial impact and forecast for key guidance inputs.
- Drive continuous improvement in core processes in order to automate current reporting and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate and communicate across business units and corporate functions to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
Qualifications What youneed:
- Bacheloregree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field required.
- 3 -8 years of financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Planning, Analysis and Forecasting.
- Experience designing and building moderately complex business/analytical models.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with HFM preferred.
