The Role Responsibilities
The Product Manager, Digital Banking is a Core member of the Digital Banking Platforms and Capabilities team and responsible for the overall management of Online, Mobile & SMS Banking platforms (including implementations, enhancements, post implementation tracking, governance etc.)
- Maintain and manage existing platform capabilities (product & issue backlogs, customer complaints etc.) and also act as the Subject Matter Expert to initiate, analyse and drive new product deliveries
- Analyse and synthesize market trends and other research findings to develop valuable insight and follow up actions
- Take ownership of the digital channels as a whole - including the management of customer issues, prioritization of backlogs and building of new capabilities through close collaboration with both internal and external partners and stakeholders
- Execute the Digital Banking platforms roadmap whilst maintaining key focus on quality of deliveries and ensuring system stability during all implementations and enhancements
- End to end management of all platform implementations and enhancements from defining business requirements, User Acceptance Testing, training of frontline units and tracking of results post implementation
- Work closely with various stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction (NPS) and ensure best-in-class customer experience & platform performance across the Digital Banking platforms
- Ensure compliance with all established guidelines

Our Ideal Candidate - Graduate - IT/Business degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in IT / digital related business with focus on Digital Products or Channels
- Preferably with Banking or Financial Institution experience
- Experience in online analytics, tracking and reporting tools e.g. Google Analytics is a plus
