Our client is an established bank and they are currently looking for a Business Development Manager.

about the job

» Pro-active prospecting and acquisition of new to bank customers, through the direct sales of the Banks SME products such as Business Instalment Loans, Business Overdraft.

» Develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve (and if possible to exceed) committed targets

» Generation of new leads for new business and new prospects via sales promotions, out-marketing calls, presentations/seminars

» To increase share of wallet through excellent service and knowledge of customer needs

» Degree

» Favourable track record in sales or demonstrated capability to achieve strong sales performance.

» Focused and highly achievement-orientated.

» Excellent interpersonal, communication expertise and customer service orientation.
