job description Perform validation of completeness and accuracy of KYC documentation including but not limited to client's identity, beneficial ownership, bearer share information, source of funds, certificate of incorporation etc

about the function
» Serves as main point of contact and contact with internal and external stakeholders including Front Office, Corporate Clients, Compliance, KYC Processing and Operations on a everyday basis
» Perform validation of completeness and accuracy of KYC documentation including but not limited to client's identity, beneficial ownership, bearer share information, source of funds, certificate of incorporation etc
» Educate and advise clients on general KYC/AML requirements
» Acquire and maintain accurate KYC documentation
» Perform name screening as well as adverse news searches
» Other tasks as assigned by manager
expertise and practice required
» At least 1 year of KYC practice, with exposure in Corporate Banking an added advantage
» Prior client outreach practice is a plus
» Possess analytical expertise and investigative acumen
» Organised and meticulous
» Excellent communications and stakeholder management expertise
» Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
