We're looking for a lead Business Manager to:
drive continuous improvement in our existing front-to-back processes
manage both Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank projects, with a critical focus on client experience and return on effort
engage and collaborate with a very diverse group of stakeholders across the bank: cross-divisional, cross-functional and cross-regional
support the regional segment management by staying fully informed of bank operational developments as well as representing the segment needs in the relevant forums

Your team You'll be joining the Global Financial Intermediaries team in either Singapore or Hong Kong, part of Asia's leading Wealth Management franchise.
A rapidly growing segment within the industry, we enable Fund Managers, External Asset Managers and External Financial Consultants to grow their business with our best in class Wealth Management products, services and platform.
As business manager you'll play a critical role in ensuring we achieve continuous improvement in our delivery of the targeted client experience, help to build new client offerings and open new client markets.
Your expertise
held similar business manager and / or project manager roles, ideally over 7 years within the wealth management industry
successful track record in team and stakeholder leadership
versatile in delivering operational excellence in front-to-back bank processes both from a Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank perspective
comfortable to engage with colleagues across divisions, functions and hierarchy to coordinate and collaborate on complex financial services processes
