Job Description Job Brief This position will uphold the vision of the Financial Division, to ensure service-oriented customer relationship management and efficient financial operations. The Accounts Receivable Specialist provides accurate, data based information on the Brandrofitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. You will investigate and analyze financial information to help Tradecraft make informed decisions and manage the Accounts Receivable and Purchasing teams. The Financial Analyst works closely with the financial department and reports to the CEO. It is essential that the Financial Analyst possess an investigative mind-set and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Create spreadsheets and calculate commissions
Manage the Accounts Receivable team and Purchasing team
Accompanies on every deal and recommends investments and investment timing
Maintains P&L and expenses
Manages corporate expenses to budget
Provides innovative solutions and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
Analyze financial data (income statement projections, budgets, etc.) considering the companyoals and financial standing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Bacheloregree in finance, preferred
4-5 years experience in similar role
1 year administrative or traditional office experience
Ability to analyze information and resolve issues
Possess strong attention to detail, communication skills, data entry skills, and math skills
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Quickbooks
