As a KYC Onboarding / Documentation Specialist, you are a key player on the team to ensure that all information provided for the client is corroborated with supporting documentation as required by laws and regulations.
- Onboarding which includes KYC & Documentation review for client accounts, ensuring compliance with AML & KYC requirements
- Working closely with RMs and the Compliance team to ensure all client documentation and KYC files are duly checked and completed
- Maintain a high standard of service quality and efficient turnaround
- High level of professional and personal integrity
Skills - Degree holder with at least 3 years of Private Banking experience in KYC Onboarding / Documentation
- Detailed knowledge, experience and good understanding of Onboarding and KYC processes, key AML requirements and regulatory requirements
- Matured personality with a high level of initiative, drive and motivation
- Independent and meticulous with excellent organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
