The Role Responsibilities
The Risk and Compliance Change team require a Project Manager in the Market Risk Change space for steering the IMA application process for HK entities as part of the Rubik Programme. In this role, the project manager is responsible for the end-to-end co-ordination of the HK IMA Application as well as following up on the ongoing feedback and gap remediation activities.
- Participate in all stages of project life cycle from inception to closure
- Run the working group to co-ordinate end-to-end all activities required for the pulling the HK IMA application together
- Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of the IMA application submission
- Maintain and monitor project RAID logs
- Maintain all IMA compliance gaps and ensure it gets prioritised in the relevant programmes/projects for remediation
- Provide periodic updates to senior stakeholders on the progress of the IMA application process.
- Provide creative/pragmatic solutions to ensure the project stays on target
- Be able to pull stakeholders together and work together to come up with a solution
- Forward looking to mitigate potential future issues.
Our Ideal Candidate - Bachelors Degree preferably in a numerical discipline
- Excellent background and experience in the Market Risk area, having worked in a global banking environment. Prior experience with IMA application processes will be highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders globally and at senior levels.
