The Role Responsibilities

• Process corporate actions in global markets and products.
• Receive corporate actions announcements from Exchanges, Custodian Banks and Depositories and take proper actions for different entitlements;
• Diarize corporate actions announcements daily and keep good record of each event.
• Generate CA notification to Clients/RM with details.
• Follow-up with RM/Clients to ensure instructions are sent to custodians before deadlines.
• Work with custodian banks to follow up outstanding items affecting corporate actions support.
• Response to Adhoc queries from RM/Clients.
• Ensure transactions are done/processed in and in accordance with bank operational menu, desk instructions, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Provide other administrative support for the department.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Degree Holder in Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in corporate actions especially in Private Banking segment.
• Knowledge in settlements in Global markets
• Must have good command of both verbal and written English
• Able to work under tight deadline and high pressure \Self-motivated individual who is an experienced problem solver
• A team worker, and able to work under tight deadline and high pressure
• Hours can be demanding; must work during most Singapore holidays, resolution to problems often require efforts to research and communicate with various parties
• Corporate Actions Procedures on both external/internal.
• Follow regulations/requirements/procedures in Securities business.
